What?, you think they found 5 deer at the side of the road??? surely not!.

And pointing a loaded firearm at someone should surely qualify for the mandatory 5yrs inside unless Scotland has different firearms legislation for this as well.

If I recall, the original report on this story advised that the rifles were loaded, and not bagged and the encounter took place in a public car park.

Go and look up the Contempt of Court Act and the Magistrates' Court Act, paying particular attention to the sections restricting the content and facts contained within a court report such as the one quoted above, and then come back to me and justify your lazy slur.
