I use Vecan AS from Peter Lawman, similar price to GM3. Several friends use both also and we are shooting 298 and above all day long. Same goes for unique.

As Dromia said, it's all about what works for you.

This would be a starting point if I were to use it by comparing shotshell loads with their equivalents in Alliant (or other) powders.

I put this on ref GM3 powder - the wrong thread I believe, so sorry for that.

Hi Mike357,

What does it cost you to have powders delivered from Peter lawman for the Vecan powders ?

Would like to give this a go.

Cheers everyone for the replies.

He has GM3, my friend's just rang to say he's picked up my order for me and is on the way home so I'll try and get out of the house tomorrow and go pick it up then try some .44s, starting load will be 200g plated bullet over 5.4gr, same powder weight as I use with TiteGroup but at less than half the cost!.
