Vectan TU3000

Hello folks,
Do any of you use Tu3000 in a 223? I have used it quite extensively over the last couple of years in my 308 @ 600 yards + and it seems very good. I have just brought a 223 for my wife to paper punch with and, if possible would like to use the same powder (I have a few kilos of it!)
The 223 has a 26" 1 in 9 barrel and I will be reloading with 69 grn SMK's
Thanks in advance.

Looking at the PDF I get 20.2 min load and 21.9 max with 69 scenars which should not make a big difference to the SMK's you are using.

BTW that PDF has a burning rate chart.
