You need to get yourself a .357, Charlie!
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

I was actually looking for this "Fox control or humane despatch". Thanks Chapius.
A lot of people on the gb team use 357 cases, with a target load, as long as its hitting the x accurately, then anymore powder than that is a waste...

I’d say next to .22LR there are more rounds of .38/.357 fired at targets in the UK than anything else!

Hi Sim,

Oh I am tempted and Mrs T is very gun friendly as you know..

Gumusay make a nice Colt Python clone in .357 magnum. Sarsilmaz do too. I like their ST10 semi auto too, it's like an HK USP??

Problem here mate is there's nowhere to go, no ranges or clubs like the USA or UK. There's a range in Istanbul but to take the gun we have there (beretta / Yavuz 16) she requires a carry permit.. such is life now. Even the cops have nowhere to train, which is a bummer cos we both trained with them.

Just remebered, in the UK Mrs T's favourite toy was the Marlin 1894 - in .357!!!!!!!!! Brain fading here, I forgot all about that - too much sunshine   . DOH!!!!!!!!!!!
