I've just done F range Sunday just gone - I couldn't hit the targets out on the right hand slope (circa 950m) as I'd no idea where the rounds were going - what I wouldn't have given for some 54R tracer.
I did have 7.62 NATO tracer but I reckon out of about 50 rounds only 1 lit up (visibly at any rate).....
Don't suppose your source can bring any more in eh?

Back to the topic - Just noted that the Finns used .303 tracer bullets in some of their Mosin tracer rounds - prior to them later designing a tracer bullet of their own.
The .303 tracer were sourced both from Britain & Italy

The batch of 762 RG I took up were all but useless and were 80s vintage.
