if the bisley bible has pertinent safety related information in then I think a copy should be available in the office at all times in the same manner that the H&S file needs to be available at any work premises or building site ?

You can pick up a hard copy in the front office at main meetings...I'm pretty sure it was free last time I picked on up.

In an ideal world, if they didn't know the answer to the gentleman's question they should have done the usual CS thing of apologising and then going to find out...unfortunately in this instance they didn't, which is a minor training issue...hardly worth bringing up on the forum
