Yeah but Robert also said; "he dhould not be left alone in contact with the pinlic"...

...I took particular note, in case he only said it once.
Robert is not a native English speaker, is in his mid 80's and has very poor eye sight so lets not criticise him for his spelling. Mine is awful at the best of times and I am a Brit.

Dave, it was just an 'Allo Allo' joke (with Robert being French)...

...I should have known no one would get it...everyone's too busy getting shirty about a very trivial incident...

it's the safe thing to do.
That's why its a free download on the website ;)
Wouldn't hurt to have an analogue version to hand though would it?
You can pick up a hard copy in the front office at main meetings...I'm pretty sure it was free last time I picked on up.

In an ideal world, if they didn't know the answer to the gentleman's question they should have done the usual CS thing of apologising and then going to find out...unfortunately in this instance they didn't, which is a minor training issue...hardly worth bringing up on the forum

Disney employees (cast members) are not permitted to tell guests that they do not know something. they are instructed to tell them that they will find out, then call a colleague.

sounds like Bisley could learn a lot ;)
