I had to settle for a 3rd round hit at a mile
(well just over 1820yds)

Re: A rifle for 2 miles!
Wow! Good luck with that, but do get the rifle painted first. You don't want to let the side down with tatty kit!
By the way, what's the flight time out to 2 miles for your shot?

I did indeed, most impressive! Best get loading up those A-max's when you get them! You said you had to make adjustments for 1.5mil while using the A-max (I imagine these handloads being faster than ball ammo?), how much will you gain at 2 miles?MiLisCer wrote:You saw my 1st round hits at 3/4 mile on Saturday!

2 miles? Great, I'll get one of my .22 LR's fettled asap.

Re: A rifle for 2 miles!
TOF is just a touch under 8 seconds to 2 miles.
I won't be using A-max at the World's - I will be using CNC solids from Extreme Performance - the A-max run out of steam too soon and the POI is as you say 1.5mils different at 1k

We wouldn't be surprised if it stops to catch its breath and read a signpost or map en route...
