N140 and H335 was really good with 69gn SMKs. Lighter bullets Benchmark is the way forward. Just tried some of my first loads with Ramshot Tac which is looking promising.
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Well, Welsh Shooter - surely the headspace is now 'over' spec and therefore the case vol would theoretically be less after adjustment.

However, as I said, a couple of thou either way ain't going to alter anything much. Even with a competition benchgun it wouldn't worry me.

As is as much as I was hoping to rattle off the rounds I had already loaded to be honest (24). I will use the opportunity as mentioned to change powder for my .223 and come up with a new concoction that's hopefully just as, if not more accurate.

I think it was shooting .7 MOA or so before the work, however I've got a new trigger since which had helped immensely, I just hadn't got it to 100m to check properly! >.<
