Interesting that some of the Guys/Galls have a similar back ground we struggle to find experienced Senior Chemical engineers. Process Engineers and Chemists educated to PHD level with the right back ground experience.
Some of my old friends would love to retire but keep getting offered too much money 'cos companies can't find anyone else with the experience.
It's fine having the money but if one doesn't have time to enjoy it, what's the point? I was in a similar situation, could have worked for another ten years and been promoted with lots more dosh but after much thought and discussion, well I figure I made the right choice for me. At 57 I'm still young enough to enjoy my retirement.

I can think of three Police officers on here and we certainly have a Vegan who is a keen cook and a couple of Vegetarians that I know of on the forum however Vegan chefs do seem thin on the ground.
What I want to know is do we have any politicians?
