No, don't keep a log.
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Interestingly our powder charges although in the log book are also written on a sheet of paper fixed to the inside of a kitchen cabinet. You can tell who throws the powder in our house clapclap

I keep a record of my load data but certainly don't or won't keep a log of how many I reload. It's nobody else's business.

About five years ago, a shooting buddy asked me to get him the MTM reloading log. I had a look at it - an excellent item - I must get one.

Last year - he gave it back to me - un-used. I've opened it - but that's as far as I've got! Dangermouse's method sounds good!

My reloading log is for my use only.

Rifle usage is covered by each clubs range logs that I complete at each shoot.

If plod want to know what I've been shooting then that is the place to look, that is what they are there for.
