That is unusual as the bloke who serves at our local chip shop said it wouldnt.

...and the Surrey based batterer of cod is connected to the Scottish Police/Scottish Government HOW exactly?
My point is that be it a fish and chip shop man or a police man or
even an RFD, they don't and
cannot know the outcome of a government vote before it happens. The FEO was very likely just voicing HIS own
unsubstantiated opinion.
If this country has got to the point where a single policeman is making government policy then it is a very sad world we are living in. tesnews

Not saying what I know, nor how I know it
(as I DO know & have seen proof that the police in Edinburgh monitor this & other forums) but the FEO in question IS part of the loop and DOES have direct knowledge on what WILL happen....I would put money on it as a safe bet!
Oh, one of the previous office staff retired & then took up a post in Holyrood
...so, these Edinburgh police have no connection with the Edinburgh political establishment? Yeah, right!!!
Keep going to your chip shop for advice on Scottish laws, at least then the only bad smell that results is from the vinegar: the political system up here with the SNP at the helm stinks of corruption & mismanagement...
Do some web research into the Edinburgh trams project, or the new Queensferry Bridge
(that was on the BBC Scotland news last night, as "not even required based on most studies carried out beforehand") - or IF you dare, the SNP leaders expense account publicity
