David, Thank you so much for your helpful reply. I will certainly be searching for those pins now. Thank you for taking the time to post the comparison picture too.

In answer to your question, I have shot at Wedgenock and will do so again. My primary interest is in the mid to long distances so I tend to do my MLAGB shooting at Bisley, however the Short Range Championships and Schutzenfests do always look interesting and I really must make the effort to clear some calender space for them.

Thank you so much David. I think that diagram exceeds anything I could have hoped for! I really do appreciate all your help and advice with this. I look forward very much to bringing this fascinating rifle back to a happy, well looked after and working condition again.
