As a man who is colour blind and wears glasses I am in no position to quantify the quality of scope glass but I had the good luck to shoot next to a guy who supplies the military with optical equipment at the ibis open (a dammed fine shoot 300/500/600/1000/1100 for minimal groats). His rifle had a march scope on top, so I said that I presumed that was the best, to my surprise he said no he had tested all the main F-class glass ( at this point I went into homer Simpson mode as he started to talk about various tests that he had carried out and I knew zero about) and the best was S&B equal second was NF and sightron with the march 4th. As I have said this was for high power glass only not hunting stuff 40 mag power and up. I hope the guy is a member on here so he can tell us all the tests that he uses.

The March is very light which counts for a lot in F Class when every gram is at a premium, it also has some interesting features as well. Having never never shot with one it is hard to comment further, the good news is I be finding out very shortly as I need to order a 60X in the next couple of days.
