I've been turning range lead into ingots and also cast some more 44 balls.

Shiny little soldiers in rows :goodjob:

I have washed all the dog bed stuff today, not quite dry yet so have to do something makeshift for tonight.
Ovenpaa has been busy in the shed, white boy came and helped, brought a McD.
I have done the accounts and even made a new invoice template.
Took the dogs out this evening.

It has been a lovely day in the little white house O:-)

Today is time to catch up on some job around the house, but yesterday (when the question was posed) I was quite happily working my way through 80 rounds of .223 in the club's Ruger No 1 and I also managed to get a go of one of the members Mosin Nagant Carbines and put 3 rounds of 7.62x54R down range. Unfortunately we were restricted to 200 yards all day as the Cadets had the other side of the range and were shooting from 100 yards so we couldn't move any further back, but that is the first time I've been to the range without it raining sideways so it was nice to repeatedly hit the bull rather than have to have the wind varying by 90 degrees from one shot to the next.

Me? Our club had a 600 yard shoot booked. I played "sentry" for an hour and a half in a field, then I shot the ol' SMLE - I was "very" happy. Other then about 4 rounds, which I put down to human error, all hit the black, I even got a few V-bulls. Not bad for a 90 year old battle rifle with iron sights.

My karma? I got sunburnt.
