The BBC filmed hundred of hours of the 2002 commonwealths and sold the footage to India and other countries!!
However to be fair most of the last Olympics was on the Red Button coverage.

Yup some seriously fit burds in Biathlon.
On the subject of watching shooting being boring, one of the most exciting sports I have watched in recent years was a Jagtfeltskydning )Hunter Field shooting competition) we watched for the first time in Denmark a couple of years ago, the final was simply amazing to watch.

My best shooting achievment was making the final of the Mens .22 prone at the Isle of Man Easter shoot in 2009, ive never been so nervous and my heart was beating so hard I think I bounced on the mat!!
