So, I've my FAC for a little while now, and I'm slowly, Ok, VERY slowly filling the slots (!).
Next most useful gun for me is going to be .22lr for vermin control, and I want to keep costs down (!!)... but there is a bigger issue..
Courtesy of some medical cobblers, I can only really use top tang safeties, so I have been surfing for a decent .22lr with one. There are a few about, but I found a Weatherby on guntrader which looks to be in nice order, and appears good value at £170.
So the question is, does it stand a chance of being any good, or is it chocolate tea pot territory smile2 ?
From my research on the web, they appear to have been made in japan since the 60's, by Howa, so presumably, well up to the job in hand?
Thanks in advance
