Hi,

some of you may know of this and many not, currently teams are rowing across the Atlantic.

Row2Recovery are a team of service personel, some who have had life changing injuries
taking part in probaly the worlds most ardouous event (more people have been into space than rowed the atlantic)

from the blogs you will see they are down to 'hard routine' on water as there de-salination unit has piled in and they are waiting for support vessel to deliver fresh supplies, Rory has been digging shrapnel out his butt as is has now decided to exit his body, you can find a fair bit about Rory on the internet and what he has gone through.
