Who's shooting the oldest rifle......

Boredom has really set in so here's a question.....

What's the oldest rifle you're all still shooting?.....preferably with pics

Personally, nothing over 125-130 years old (ish) here, so Circa 1890-1900

My Mod 1889 Schmidt Rubin circa 1892 in 7.5x53.5, purchased from a fellow club member as a section 58 but now a Section 1.

The rifle is in a superb condition with a near mint bore and it shoots very well with 200gn Lyman 314299 bullets, gas checked to .312.

I replaced the fore sight with a taller one to get POA/POI at 100m, simple enough as the blade is held in by a pin.

1892 is the date to beat......Anyone got a 1891-dated Mosin???

24 gauge muzzle loader (patched ball) by JB Ronge. Circa 1840. J.B Ronge survived up to the outbreak of WW2 and latterly made very high quality shotguns.
I spent my life as an engineer, working on design, research and development in the motor industry. I think that I know a lot about manufacturing. I cannot figure out how the damascus barrel on this rifle was made: the usual damascus type pattern is separated by a spiral twist of straght line, equal spaced and uniform along the full length. How was this achieved when hammering a red hot tube on an anvil? To clean this rifle, you remove the barrel from the stock and spin out the breech block. It is not very tight and it does not leak when fired. The bore is mint, like a mirror.

That's a project for me; I've got an old Rook rifle but no idea of how old or even who made it. it's in .380/.38spl. It was my FIL's deer poaching rifle. I'll maybe dig it out in the next day or so.
