An advanced reloading manual...
So, oomans, where do we lay our paws on an advanced reloading manual? We've got Lymans (49) and Speer, but they don't cover such things as the differences between ordinary dies and bushing dies, why we shouldn't use an expander ball and why we should be bumping back our cases' shoulders. How do we acquire this esoteric knowledge in printed form ? In short, what's the best, paper based, reloading manual we can have?

Not the answer you're looking for, but I find the 6mmBr website to have a good amount of information, which comes from expert shooters. Here's an article talking about brass preparation for long range shooting, including some explanation on each step and why it is performed.
Depending on your application, you might not need to perform all steps shown.
