GSG 522

Has anyone found a UK source for the GSG 522 conversion kit which add back in all the parts H&K made them take out?

??? The changes they had to make were external i.e. the foresight, adding a picatinny rail rather than the HK properiety one and a couple of design tweaks to the mag well/lower receiver, there were no internal changes as far as i'm aware...

EDIT: I think i misinterpretted "...add back in..." d'oh!

You can buy HK foresights on Ebay which are designed for Airsoft guns and you can also buy lower receivers to replace the factory one. I think you're stuck with the magwell though as that would require a new upper receiver.

Ah, now that lower receiver is interesting! There is a kit that only seems to be available in the USA for about $30 which includes the lower mplus a few other detail parts but no one seems interested in shipping it to the UK sadly.

Thats the lower i put on mine (before i sold it), looks great. You've just got to cut out a slot on the side for the serial number plate to slot into.
