Can anyone if what this is?

I bought a second hand pretty comprehensive reloading kit by Lyman and this was in the die box. Can anyone ID what it is? It’s not a primer fitting ram by any chance is it? Thanks.

Looking around it looks nothing like the primer rams I’ve seen.

Its a decapping stem without the sizing button and the pin that pops the primer out.

Oh right. Strange as I already have a complete recapping and sizing die. Might be a spare that he had.
