Litz 180 Berger Hybrid data needed

I only have the first edition of the Litz book and it does not include the .284 Berger 180 Hybrid and I am after some data for a new app I am looking at, so if someone has the book it would be handy
I need:
ogive length
Rt/R ratio
Meplat diamater
Boat tail length
Boat tail angle in degrees.

I still have not read this edition and can not remember him saying why he includes figures up to 3000fps for all his samples. Surely he does not take each load up that high? For some he would be in the danger zone if not way past it,

Are they theoretical figures maybe? The G7 will vary at given velocities and is readily calculated.
I have read the first edition a couple of times now but not got around to getting the second edition yet, I might just hang on for the next edition instead.
