How about Vihtavuori N140 or Ramshot Big Game?, used both to reload 7.62x54r with good results.

I prefer Vihtavuori N140 in the 303, slightly faster than H4350.

Hodgdon do list .303 loads for H4350 and this should be your first port of call for data.

Speer used to list the 4350s in 303 with its 180gn bullets years ago. I found that the case wouldn't hold the starting load never mind anything heavier.

N140 is probably the most widely used 303 powder here. Reload Swiss RS50, H4895, IMR-3031 / 4064 / 4895, Lovex SO62, Ramshot Tac are all suitable.

I suggest that you look at the powder manufacturers load data and match it to your available powder.

41 grains of N140 works for me behind a 174grain flat base bullet.

I am told that 3031 was designed for use in the 303.....I have used it in 308 and 7.5x55, 30/30, and even the .222. Seems to be a very adaptable powder.

I used N140 for years and moved to TR140 (RS50) which is a tad slower. It gives good accuracy and repeatability.

Whilst IMR-3031 is an excellent powder for the 303, it wan't designed specially for this cartridge. It was the US .30-30WCF it was developed for. At the time the powder was introduced (1934), the little 30-30 was still one of America's most popular sporting cartridges.
