Well I sent an email of to Henry last week as I'd damaged the stock on my big boy and wanted to see where I could buy a new one from. They asked for my address and said they'd get back to me...
Just picked this up from the post office. Not even a customs charge
When guns are outlawed, only Outlaws will have guns
First Henry I bought had a dink in the metal butt plate, dealers no help at all, importer (Viking Arms) promised to help but again no help at all.
Emailed Henry and got a stock reply saying contact dealer/importer, told them I'd tried that several times and was very disappointed given what I'd read online about their customer service to buyers in the USA.
A few minutes later I got a reply from Kathy Scarpa saying she'd spoken to Mr Imperato and as the plates were hand fitted to the buttstock they were going to send me a complete buttstock, and in case it didn't quite match a new forend as well. Then, just in case I damaged the barrel band getting it off they'd put one of those in as well!.
Same service when I had 2 firing pins break, Viking had the rifle back and said it would be several weeks to get a replacement, I emailed Thomas Kotz and received a pack of 3 through my letterbox 5 days later!
Which all reminds me, it's over 2 years since I bought my last Henry (Big Boy in Blue Steel) so I'd better have a word with Dromia and see if there's an import date yet for the new Big Boy All-Weather model :)

I've got two Henry .22's, and I've emailed the president Anthony Imperato a few times about different things. I always get a reply from the man himself, often the same day, but usually within a couple of days. He is really hands-on with his company, and seems to be genuinely concerned about his customers.
I would never hesitate to recommend a Henry rifle to anybody. They are super smooth, accurate, and with one of the best after sales backups anywhere in the world. clapclap
well I did email Anthony about 2 years ago, with the real reason why I wanted the stock, and was told that they would not send me one, and but me in touch with EMRR, who then ignored my emails when I tried to buy it.
so I lied to them this time, and said I'd damaged the stock on my big boy and want to buy a replacement, rather than I want to buy a full stock to pop on my mares leg, for a rifle for my mrs to use. doing this in the states makes an SBR, not something we have to worry about here, so I emailed from a different account, and they sent it straight out!
didn't talk to the main man this time, just a support lady
