Bolt carrier for Mosin Nagant rifles

Hi -I was looking for one of them for a long time.Problem was to find one with a big slot on the side-but I got one!A week ago visited Lord Roberts NRA shooting centre at Bisley-and there it was!Marked RWS,bit on expensive side-27£ but full leather and almost petfect fit!I went for a tan vetsion-black was other option.Waking around the range with open bolt Mosin is noisy experience...now I look bit more mature...still no FT bite..

FWIW, I think I would be inclined to leave the bolt in and carry the rifle in a gun cover.

If the bolt is left in the rifle there is less chance of losing it and you would be £27 to the good.

I am not so sure-for transport and storage I prefer to have it separate from the rifle,and this is very handy way also practical

Whilst leather case for bolt look nice Tovarisch it is somewhat Imperialist..

OK maybe look to posh but for sure I can "mature" it to match the rifle,other option was canvas pouch from akm bipod but to much altering for me,so it will do,problem solved :)
