Electronic Targets -Bisley

#1 Post by Mail2pete »

Just returned from Bisley where I used the electronic targets for the fist time this morning. They performed brilliantly and were very easy to operate. In the morning session our club members must have put in excess of 250 rounds down range on one target. Every one was impressed. Highly recommend giving them a go. Only issue is that you use a lot more ammunition.

I used them a few months ago during the setting up phase. They are indeed excellent, although there was an issue with the electronics being above the mantlet and vulnerable to low shots. I think they've sorted that now.

Well we never managed to hit the electronics so I guess they have been moved. :-)

I used them for the first time on Saturday. Kept checking barrel temp as you can get carried away especially as it was just me shooting. Very impressed. No shots missed and no message 4's ;). Printouts from the cabin very useful.

Shame I couldn't query the '4' it scored me once ;)
