Im having a bit of trouble with my pistol, when I pull the trigger the first time it wont fire, but it will on the second pull, then it will not, then it will, and its like that all the time, ive taken one of the springs out and tried it, and it will fire every round but the slide wont travel properly, can anyone give me ant help please?

Sounds like the slide isn't going into battery properly. Have you fitted anything to the accessory rail in front of the trigger guard? As this is a common problem because it apparently 'pinches' the slide and slows it to the point it can cause a battery problem.
Even if you haven't fitted something to the rail this can still be the problem. To check it; cycle the slide normally to load the first round but then hit the back of the slide with the palm of your hand (gun kept pointing in a safe direction obviously) and then pull the trigger. If it fires, repeat the process for every shot. If it goes off every time this is the problem.
Its a simple fix to slightly file out the inside of the frame to allow the slide to travel more freely.

OF course if the gun is new, take it back to where you bought it and get them to fix it.

https://vimeo.com/84967256 password is xtrim. Mine did this, Scott sent it back and they trimmed the barrel a hair. Works perfectly now.
