Good looking rifle there, I assume that is going to be slugged very shortly then. The M38 is nice as you have no worries about impaling your fingers on the closed bayonet.

"project" I don't know what you mean, thought it may come in handy if I ever meet a Zombie No stay standard, not many made that year on an 43 receiver, production stopped soon after, they then only produced the M44.
