1) How do they compare to P mags (especially gen 3's)
2) Build quality
3)How do they avoid getting the lawsuit hammer from Magpul

Thats what I thought, there are differences in Dimensions though. I have a gen 3 20 rounder and an E mag. The E mag needs a mod on the right side to activate the Last round BHO on the vz58 mars. The P mag gen 3 doesn't need that mod, but I suspect the Gen 2 might do. I might check out Oberland arms stuff in future though.breacher wrote:I have seen a few copies of pmags.
Pmags are still the best in my opinion.
And I can see no difference at all between gen 2 and gen 3 when it comes to performance and durability.
Thats good to know. I noticed you tend to have the 30 round 5.56's in stock. Any hope of the 20 round 5.56's at at later date?majordisorder wrote:Given that I sell PMAG and the Oberland Arms mags I can happily say that they both appear to work as well as each other. I've used both without any issues with both 5.56 and 300 Whisper, no jams, no mis-feeds. As to how they avoid a law suit, I guess it's because they don't claim to be PMAGs and aren't a direct copy.
OA mags are available in 4 different colours too which for some is important
I'll keep an eye out. Any idea if they work in the vz58 mar's with the ar magwell adapter?majordisorder wrote:10's and 20's should be inbound next month.
I've tried Lancers, good mags, but didn't fit that well in my vz (an AR type might work better). I'm keeping them for the future though.SevenSixTwo wrote:Will you be getting Lancer mags in?
Would assume so, but I've not tried. Happy to offer "try when you buy", if it doesn't work send it back and I'll refund the cost of the mag(s).Sixshot6 wrote:Any idea if they work in the vz58 mar's with the ar magwell adapter?
