Yet lever release and MARS action are legal.

Yup, the law needs a good shake-up.

+1 we can have pump action sec1&2 shot guns and pump .22rf this is no different to a straight pull you have to cycle the action for each shot.

How much do I like that!!!
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Guns dont kill people. Dads with pretty Daughters do...!

i understand that a pump action rifle is banned,

but that looks like a straight pull with the forend attached to a lengthened bolt handle.

what happens if you just extended the cocking handle foward buy a foot? is that still pump action or still straight pull?
When guns are outlawed, only Outlaws will have guns

Sabre Defence tried making something similar a few years ago, the 'bolt handle' ran in two slots on the float tube and was attached to a rod that operated the bolt via the gas key.

It was a neat idea but the shooting position was awful, you could only operate it properly standing and not at all lying down as you couldn't reach forward far enough from a good prone position.
Arming the Country, one gun at a time.

Good deals with Paul101, Charlotte the flyer, majordisorder, Charlie Muggins, among others. Thanks everybody.
