Need a barrel ?

Just a quick heads up, Riflecraft have a number of brand new, never fitted, Sako TRG barrels in .308 going at a keen price.
Spec
26" cro-mo 1-11" twist, cold hammer forged, phosphate finish and threaded M18x1 ready for a mod/brake, chambered and threaded ready to fit.

These barrels are of very good quality, and shoot well, and being cro-mo, suffer throat wear less than stainless barrels, they are well known to last 8-10,000 rds.

I have no allegiance with Riflecraft, I'm just letting you all know they have them, and as a TRG user, know how well the barrels perform.

I think the 'supplied, fitted and proofed' price was under £600, so a good price for a great barrel, that will last better than most re-barrels. Though they may charge more for anything other than a Sako/Tikka due to the extra work changing tenon thread and re chambering.
