The British have had several such training venues for decades.....
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

They're getting ready for when the World comes off the dollar standard and the American economy implodes. There'll be rioting and civil insurrection IMHO.

It has been touted that is why the 2003 invasion of Iraq occurred and the bringing down of Gadaffi....

It will implode at some point, our deficit is minute compared to theirs, how much longer can it continue? And when it does happen watch out world......

That sort of money, to create something where the human element is still missing, I am sure the hungry and homeless and jobless in the US just love that.
