BamBam,

Why on earth do you want to go to Las Vegas and spend a fortune :squirrel: ?
In 3 weeks time we are having a Sim-Mun week-end in France, an hour away from London ;)
It will be more a CQB, FIBUA type of scenario in a "kill house".
With the money you'll save you'll buy me a beer, but be warned, you will shoot & unless you are very good will be shot-back at....

Despite the colour, you will use normal firearms, SIG Pro and Glock.

I have 2 spaces left available if someone from FB wants to come, learn how to move & shot in an hostile urban environment and very importantly have fun ?

So would these be S5 in the UK?

Normal/regular hand guns are used, so they would be banned in the UK.
The pistols are merely fitted with a dedicated kit to enable only the firing of Sim-Munitions for safety reasons as you are actually shooting at your opponent.
The center has Sig Pro as it is issued to a lot of French LE agencies that train there.
When the army trains with sim-mum, I believe they tend to use their own weapons but of course with a convertion kit . I'll find out more in 3 weeks time .

That looks like a lot of fun.

I've just paid for flights to the USA to shoot 3 gun this year, otherwise I'd probably go.

Keep us in mind for any other trips you have planned, I always need pistol practice.

All Simunition is S5 in the UK even dedicated Simunition training guns that are made as such from the outset. The reason is they can fire a (likely to be/will be) lethal Simunition round.

My son is a law enforcement officer. They do the tactical fun house shooting exercise fairly frequently with the simunition rounds. He says that is incredibly stressful. Their drills not only have bad guys but civilians too mixed in with the bad guys to give them shoot/no shoot choices.
