There is only one real option, 'The Standard Directory of Proof Marks' by G. Wirnsberger. The original publication was in German, the translation does have a bit more in it. A cheap and handy alternative is 'Notes on Proof of Shotguns and Other Smallarms, available at all good Proof Houses tongueout
