Anyone got reccomended loads inc powder make for 38 marlin used for 25metre gallery rifle ?

I'm using 3gr Zero powder and 150 gr boolit - I dropped down from 3.2 to reduce the recoil for double taps.
Purveyor of fine cast boolits.
