Who has one? Considering build quality, function, ease of use.......how would you rate it and would you recommend it?

Re: Hornady Ammunition Concentricity Tool
I use one and found it pretty good, easy to use and pretty accurate although it can take a bit of time getting the hang of correcting the run out using the crude but usable screw adjuster. (thought this might damage the bullets at first but as long as your using a light crimp or neck tension only it seems fine)
Using my lee bullet seater and wobbly old lee turret press (waiting for my new press to turn up) it seems to gauge the run out well and its quick to both use and adjust (depending on how good your press and dies are I suppose - mine are pretty naff but still load reasonable well depending on how much movement there was when seating the bullet - hence the new press and new dies)
I think worth the money overall and its proved a useful addition to my loading bench
Hope this helps
