Is 5 balls of .36 in a shotgun cartridge (000 gauge) Sec1 or shotgun ammo?

(a)cartridges containing five or more shot, none of which exceeds ·36 inch in diameter;'

4 balls & .37 would be S.a

...remember too, the law says "five or more shot" NOTHING about the shot all needing to be the same type/size
