NRA Magazine featuring Arizona Shooting

#1 Post by Chuck »

The knee JERK reactions are amazing, with all sorts of stupid calls - when ill people get it into their heads that PEOLE are the problem.

And of couse as posted elsewhere, certain states which paint themselves lily white are actually just as bad.

Ban high capacity Mags! Yeah, that will prevent a massacre wont it. How ill informed can you be, somebody bent on murder will only buy more mags and will easily be able to hold would be heroes at bay during reloads.

Makes for entertaining reading and did brighten up my morning.

We should be looking over our shoulders and closer to home.

You will notice that the proposer is referring his parliamentary colleagues to other country's gun laws.

They will chose only the restrictions already not in force.

He added: "I believe this bill will send a clear and straightforward message that our society is not comfortable with the principle of very young children handling lethal weapons."
Bloody BBC reporting again

Surely in these circumstances they are not being used as weapons as in the publics perception, they are issued to resposible children for use on farms or for target shooting disciplines and are not given out freely to go and blow away their homies at school or around the back of the youth club, which is the impression that the above statement makes. :x
What is a Sapper? This versatile genius condenses the whole system of military engineering and all that is useful and practical. He is a man of all work of the Army and the public ready to do anything or go anywhere, in short, he is a Sapper.
