Lapua Scenar type L bullets

I was chatting to a supplier today about 6mm Scenars and they told me they were stocking the type L which I know has a good reputation however it is limited to .224 and 6mm at present, does anyone know if the type L bullet will be making an appearance in 6,5mm?

You could try emailing Kevin Thomas from lapua USA or ask the question on the 6mm br forum, he tends to answer most of the lapua questions on there.
I can't see how they could make the scenars any better but the L just takes quality control to the next level ( a shame the same can't be said about a certain yellow box brand) and the only company with real bc values.

Good point, I will mail Lapua, they are usually very prompt at replying to emails.

It would appear some of the more traditional Scenars are being phased out in deference to the new L's however they are quite pricey, I just wish they did them for the 6,5 however I have some 140 Bergers coming to test with.

If you check out the lapua website, they are now listing L type bullets in multiple calibres including 6.5 mm
