Get this - most people in the UK shooting community, let alone the UK general public, think this is entirely unacceptable. What you promote is selfish and weird and will damage British Shooting shooting. You can attack me, but it will not alter the fact that you are a TINY minority - fundamentalists who have lost sight of themselves.

Wow. Talk about doubling down on the stupidity. wtf

Its hilarious that he finds modern military rifles/replicas so offensive considering the number of times he's been photographed with a sh!t-eating grin posing with some big game animal he's just shot for fun. Does he not think that sort of thing is just as, if not more harmful to the image of British shooting to some of the general public he's pretending to be bothered about? 8-)

I wonder where he draws the line on guns being scary black evil killing machines?

Presumably this is fine;

Hang on a minute, this is starting to get a bit worrying;

Uh-oh this has got one of them high capacity magazine clips!

Oh my giddy aunt he's passed out!

Of course anyone with any degree of firearms knowledge will know this is the same rifle, using the same cartridge and hence the same potential lethality. While ignorance of this fact is excusable to the uneducated, someone with his level of knowledge should be hanging their head in shame for saying anything so ridiculous troutslapping

To be fair , Mike Yardley has a point & I certainly enjoyed reading his valid comments on African big game hunting ... But I can not help wondering which will offend and which one will amuse the UK shooting community & the UK general public ...

One of the things I hate about my country is the fact that there will always be some self righteous individual prick or group who want to stop people having fun & enjoying their chosen hobby & past time. :bad:

Live & let live I say, but I'm getting royally f ****d off with constant attacks on my chosen hobbies. ****
