The latest rumour we have tuned into suggests that larger calibres are to be permitted once more on the 25 m range, the danger template of which is miniscule because of the whopping great wall around it, whilst the grown ups keep on talking about what to do about A and B ranges. We back the fat mouse's view: let the civilians keep on shooting and keep the cabbage patch kids indoors with nothing more dangerous than a pile of spuds and blunt knife or two.

A 25m Range is a 'No Danger Area' Range as all bullets are (supposedly) contained within it with no danger of their escaping.
ps It'll be part of your RCO course when you do it.

In an idle moment, contemplating shooting, it occurred to me to ask is there any progress on this?

Yes John
There has been remedial work carried out on the range and it is now open again. We have some bookings later in the month.
Days are currently limited whilst the army have priority and clear their backlog.
