If it isn't needed all well and good and I would always require the police to show me where the legislation requires it before giving any information. If I felt that the police had stepped over the mark I would report the matter to the NRA and get them to raise it at national level. You do not need to put homeloads onto your ticket even if they are gifted from another shooter. .I would suggest that you read your FAC Table 2 Ammunition. Para A, Date of sale or TRANSFER. True an individual could do that.
