OK guys n gals another video, he really does believe that just holding a gun somehow changes the mind of a man (I say man purposely as he mentions in this talk one of the chapters of his book is labeled "Gender" which means he is yet another Social Justice Warrior 3rd wave feminist spouting assertions rather than facts but I digress...), about 9 minutes in he starts with that particular schtick! To listen to him one would think that any gun has a pair of pointy red horns attached to it and the centre of all that is evil. Lets ignore things like Poverty, ethnic/religious violence, lack of housing and a myriad other socio and economic reasons for killings...NO according to Iain the gun itself in some systematic way is the purveyor of all evil!

He starts spouting nonsense about how just holding a gun it emboldens soldiers into being more reckless, considering I am not a soldier I would never assume to make such a statement, that he does is an insult to decent service personnel everywhere!

I am grinding through it now but I warn you take a cushion off the sofa and affix to the wall with duck take first to save damage to your head as you constantly smash it against the wall as you listen to this patronising fool of an academic journalist.

I am still with it and my jaw is dropping to the floor now, he has started talking about Sandy Hook. His lines of thinking are so tortuous it is shocking, he really is into the idea of guilt by association. According to him the town of Sandy Hook has a concentration of "Horrible" (yes really) due to the apparent invention of a machine gun there well over a hundred years earlier and that a couple of arms manufacturers are based there.

What any sane person would call a sad coincidence no more.

I think Prof Peter Squires has been knocked off the number one spot for worst loony antis!
