I think the idea of a 'Cartridge Buddy' or even buddies works as it means you have multiple eyes on the ground on the look out for interesting things, my preference is sub 20mm however I was certainly not going to turn down the 25mm and 40mm cases that ended up on my desk last week. To date I have not paid for anything and accordingly will happily pass on duplicates to fellow collectors regardless of any perceived monetary value, hopefully this approach will not change for myself and those I do swaps with.
