Glad to hear it. That was my first ever mosin nagant. Dragoon rifle as well with that nice birch stock. Glad shes still doing well after 3 years

Could you share your load data, powder etc as I have the same rifle as you but until now I have been using the milsurp ammo, and have still been able to hit the vbull at 900yds.

sorry only just seen your request for load data, for Mosin Sniper.
I use Lapau brass (trimmed), Sierra M/K 174gr FMJ bullets .311dia Hodgdon H4895 powder & CCI large rifle primers. The book says start powder charge 42.0-45.0max, Start at 42.5 and work up the charge in small amounts till you find a load that works best for your rifle, I did mine in 5 shot strings at 100yds off the bench to see which were the most accurate, mine hits the v bull at 900 ;) . Can I suggest you slug the bore as well to see which bullet dia will work best some barrels can be a smaller/larger dia.

I'm also able to hit the board 800, 1000 with ppu commercial with my geco pem mosin, at present it outshoots my K98 sniper.
