I've heard of some people using the LMT for deer stalking. Might be interested in such a purchase myself what kind of accuracy can be achieved with them?

Wonder if I should get the 20-rd trench mag. conversion for my WW1 Mauser?

It'll go nicely with the 20-rd M16 magazines on my Armalon, plus the 30-rd magazines on my CAM rifles

and no doubt he thinks there is no need to own evil centre fire handguns only .22lr target pistols ! except for the state its ok for them to want to own and use on the public 9mm, 45acp .357 magnum !

It isn't the person that commits firearms atrocities, it isn't the gun that commits firearms atrocities, it is the appearance of the gun that commits firearms atrocities.

So long as the gun looks fine to his eyes then we are all safe, or is he just a fashion snob?

someone should remind that cretain that the last mass shooting was done by an over and under shotgun and a .22lr bolt action rifle ! the type of which he has many of!

ps. when it comes to unarmed cillivians one who could masscare them with a single shot .22lr rifle or pistol/ cross bow/ side by side or even a car

OK, I'm confused - so, some more colonial questions......... LMT = Lewis Machine, yes?? As far as I know, these are semi-auto CF rifles, which I thought weren't allowed in the UK. What part have I got wrong here?? :)

The LMT's are sold to the UK civilian market with no gas parts, and the barrel has no gas hole.

This makes it single action, this UK legal.

you are very much correct, however LMT make rifles for the uk without the gas system so a straight pull ar-10 /ar-15
i put a side charger on mine so i can still shoot faster then a convertional turn bolt action rifle
