Trouble with N140 being a slower powder is that you would need to start at around 30 gns to get the minimum 60% case fill, that would be kicking you in at around 1,800 fps from my notes. Thats OK if you are confident in your boolit fit, lube and alloy. There will no doubt be unburnt powder in the barrel as well. But you will never know 'till you try it, just make sure that the case is at least 60% full with these slower powders.

You could try working up with Unique to about 14 gns to get a suitable velocity, data from the Lyman second edition cast bullet handbook using 7.7 japanese loads which has similar case capacity.
