I had another read and it seems quite straight forward, do you want me to make a long pin so you can swap from one fulcrum point to another?

Looks like a very simple conversion to me providing you have the tools to do the job. Its probably a couple of hours work for some one with the right machine tools.
But what is it you are trying to achieve exactly. What is the purpose of the conversion.

See title of the post, for swaging.

OK got one broken down, what a feck on it was.
The pins are supposed to be driven outwards with one of them having a hole down the middle so as to be able to drive out the other one. Only thing is the hole is small maybe 1/8th of an inch diameter so that when I put a steel rod through the hole and whacked it, it promptly bent and stuck in the ram hole.

:cool2:
Well after a mornings wrestling I got the bent rod out and just drove the pin inwards with a thicker rod, bloody Lee!
Yes David I will need another pin for changing the positions please.
I've also enclosed the handle/ram (connecting) linkages as I would like them drilled as well, the inside lugs on the press (toggle) linkages will also need grinding off.
Will try and get them out today if not tomorrow.
Would you PM me your address again David.

If you can drop them out that is all I need. Would you like me to make a removable pin at the same time so you can easily swap from one setting to the other and can you include the original fixings with the link plates please.

What connecting parts exactly do you want David?
Spacer, Lever sleeve, Lever Clamp, Link pin?

Are you going to do a trial run on yours first?

Remember I'd like two sets of holes one set in each pair of linkages and the appropriate stops removed to allow throw.
Thanks David.
