Hi, every year I get a load of USA shooting mags as a present and reading in one magazine it stated for the last five years (year on year), gun ownership has increased and crime has decreased.

That's because it HAS. Likewise some Mayor taking credit for cleaning up a city claimed to be anti gun...but he flooded the streets with armed cops! Proof, more guns = less crime. FACT!

Dont think the Greens are any better here because they are worse , I remeber seeing their manifesto a while back and they are are anti gun full stop .

You didn't actually expect anything vaguely sensible from the Greens (and Australian ones at that) regarding firearms, did you?
